Project Brief
ISM Engineering Limited undertook the Design-to-Build delivery of the True Talent Football Academy, leveraging innovative modular construction techniques using repurposed shipping containers. This approach ensured rapid construction, sustainability and cost efficiency, aligning with modern environmental standards.
The facility was designed to provide state-of-the-art spaces that foster the development of young sporting talent, with a layout that supported both training and academic excellence. Key project components included:
- Administrative and Staff Facilities: Admin block, staff quarters
- Commercial & Support Areas: Kitchen, dining hall, store, laundry, clinic
- Educational & Training Spaces: Lecture hall, three G+1 classroom blocks, common rooms
- Accommodation: Gents’ block (G+2), Ladies’ block (G+1)
- Sports & Recreation Facilities: Gymnasium, locker rooms, ablution facilities
- Circulation & Access: Walkways, driveways
This project exemplified the integration of functional design, speed of delivery and environmental responsibility, creating a modern academy that nurtures talent in a sustainable and efficient setting.
